These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Spreadli (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the services, browser extensions, websites and APIs we provide (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You’re responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping login credentials secure.

3) Your Content & AI Output

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service. The Service may use AI models to generate output. You’re solely responsible for reviewing, editing and using any output, including ensuring accuracy, legality and compliance with applicable platform rules.

4) Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful activity.
• No abuse, reverse engineering, interference, rate‑limiting evasion or automated scraping of our endpoints.
• No spam or unauthorized advertising.

5) Plans, Billing & Taxes

Paid plans are billed by our payment processor (currently Paddle). Prices and features are shown on our pricing page. Taxes may apply based on your location. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

6) Refunds & Cancellations

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. You may cancel any time in your account or by contacting support; access remains through the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

7) Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, trademarks and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. Except for rights expressly granted, no rights are transferred.

8) Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR ERROR‑FREE.

9) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the updates.
