Refund Policy

Subscriptions (Pro)

  • New purchases: If the product isn't a fit, you can request a refund within 7 days of your first purchase.
  • Renewals: Future renewals can be cancelled anytime; we generally don't refund past renewal periods once started.
  • How to request: Email support@spreadli.com using the email on your account, and include your receipt. We'll handle it via our payment processor (Paddle).

Lifetime/One-time (LTD)

Unless specified on the offer page, LTD purchases are non-refundable once redeemed. If you have trouble activating, contact us and we'll help.

Chargebacks & Abuse

We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud or excessive chargebacks. We always aim to be fair—reach out and we'll try to resolve issues quickly.
